Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made on www.skalli-paris.com between Skalli-Paris and any individual acting as a consumer.

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website, subject to availability.
Each product page provides the main characteristics of the jewellery, including, where applicable, materials, dimensions, finishes, price and available options.
We make every effort to represent our products, colours and materials as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur depending on screen settings, natural stones or handcrafted production.
Orders
Customers select the products they wish to purchase and review the contents of their cart before confirming the order.
An order becomes final once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Skalli-Paris may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious errors or product unavailability.
Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market and include applicable taxes where these are required to be included in the displayed price.
Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before final confirmation of the order.
Skalli-Paris may change its prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.
An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorised.
Transactions are processed through secure payment providers.
Shipping and Delivery
All Skalli orders are carefully prepared in Marseille.
Metropolitan France: depending on the delivery method selected, estimated delivery time is between 24 hours and 5 business days.
Europe and United Kingdom: estimated delivery time is generally 4 to 7 business days.
International: estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 10 business days for most destinations, including Asia, the United States and Australia.
Available shipping methods, rates and any free-shipping thresholds are calculated and displayed at checkout according to the destination.
A tracking number is systematically sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, peak periods or transport disruptions.
Taxes or customs duties may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.
Right of Withdrawal
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance purchase, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to notify Skalli-Paris of their decision to withdraw.
The product must then be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by Skalli-Paris.
Jewellery must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, with its original components and packaging.
Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including certain engraved items or pieces made specifically to order, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
Sale items and products purchased with a promotional offer remain eligible for the right of withdrawal where it applies.
Returns and Refunds
Any return request must be sent to contact@skalli-paris.com within the applicable return period.
For orders delivered in Metropolitan France and the European Union, Skalli provides a prepaid return label.
For refund requests, a flat-rate contribution towards return shipping costs is deducted from the refunded amount:
Metropolitan France: €3
European Union: €6
The customer therefore has no return shipping fee to pay when dropping off the parcel.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility, except where the item is defective, damaged, or where Skalli-Paris made an error in preparing the order.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund is issued to the payment method used for the original order, in accordance with applicable legal time limits.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of receipt.
Customers should contact contact@skalli-paris.com to receive the necessary instructions.
For orders delivered in Metropolitan France and the European Union, no flat-rate return contribution is deducted in the event of an exchange.
Defective Products or Order Errors
Customers are asked to check their order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged on arrival or does not match the order placed, the customer should contact Skalli-Paris promptly.
In these situations, return shipping costs are fully covered by Skalli-Paris, regardless of destination.
Legal Guarantees
Products sold by Skalli-Paris benefit from the legal guarantees applicable under French and European consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity, which applies for two years where relevant, as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
These legal guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, impact, misuse or inappropriate care do not in themselves constitute a lack of conformity.
Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customers have the rights provided by applicable data protection legislation.
Liability
Skalli-Paris is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any mandatory consumer right granted by applicable legislation.
In the event of force majeure or an external event temporarily preventing normal performance of an obligation, Skalli-Paris will inform the customer and take reasonable steps to limit the consequences.
Complaints and Consumer Mediation
In the event of a problem, customers are invited to contact Skalli-Paris first at:

In accordance with French consumer law, following a prior written complaint that has not resulted in a satisfactory solution, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by Skalli-Paris.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
For consumers residing in another country, this provision does not deprive them of any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the law of their country of residence.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the applicable statutory rules governing jurisdiction will apply.
Changes to These Terms
Skalli-Paris may amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in force on the date the order is confirmed.
