General conditions of sales

The present General Conditions of sale (hereinafter the "terms") govern exclusively the sales on the website www.skalli-paris.com (hereinafter the "Site") of the products offered by CHINA TRADE INVESTMENT LTD (hereinafter "Skalli") to buyers (the Client (s) and specify the conditions of order, payment, delivery and management of the eventual return of the products ordered by customers including. 

Commands that can be performed on the web site of Skalli are strictly reserved for individuals. 

These terms are made available to Clients on the Site where they are directly available. 

The GTC are opposable to the customer who declares having read and agreed by checking the box "I accept the general sales conditions" before the validation of the order online. 

Any order placed on the website constitutes the formation of a contract concluded at a distance between the customer and Reminiscence, and necessarily implies the irrevocable acceptance by the customer, without restriction or reservation, applicable terms at the time of the validation of the order on the Site.

5.4 receipt of Skalli products invites customers to refuse any parcel that would be damaged and notify the Customer Service, written and detailed, the reservations made, within a period of 3 days maintaining proof of your writing. Of any customs charges may be requested by the carrier, at the time of delivery. These customs duties and taxes are responsible for any related to the delivery of an article and are your responsibility.

Deliveries abroad, particularly in Switzerland, may be delayed (from 24 hours to 10 days) for customs reasons. If this is the case, our Customer Service will inform you and guide you throughout the delivery process.

Prices shown on the Site do not take into account any fees customs relating to the concerned countries of delivery. 

6. THE GUARANTEES

6.1 legal warranty of compliance for consumer goods

To act on legal guarantee of conformity (article L.211 - 4 and following of the Civil Code), the customer has a period of two years from the delivery of the product to act. The customer may as appropriate, either the repair or replacement of the property, subject to the conditions of cost provided for in article L.211 - 9 of the consumer Code which States that "in the event of lack of conformity, the buyer chooses between repair." and replacement of the good.

Upon receipt of this request, Skalli Customer Service will resume contact with the customer within 72 hours working hours to indicate the procedure to be followed. 

7 REPAIRS OUT OF WARRANTY

Where the relief sought is not covered by the warranty or the warranty has expired, Skalli puts at the disposal of the Client (subject to parts availability) a paid repair.

• Address the support application to the Customer Service of Skalli by mail to the following address: sav@skalli-paris.com the Skalli Customer Service will confirm receipt of your request for quote under 72 hours. A custom quote will be communicated to the customer by email within 8 working days of the receipt of the request for quote. For all types of support, repair time is estimated at 30 days. 

The availability of spare parts and products is normally ensured by Skalli for the current season, but stock-outs are possible. After the season, spare parts will be available sur only request based on the stocks of SKALLI. 

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In case the ordered product would not suit the Client, Skalli grants you a cancellation period of 14 days of receipt. 


The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day where the customer or a third party other than the carrier and designated the customer takes physical possession of the good. 

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within the time indicated, without having to justify themselves, or pay a penalty, by addressing:-by any means written

Skalli undertakes to reimburse to the customer all of the amounts paid, including initial delivery charges (except additional costs of delivery if the customer has expressly chosen a more expensive than the proposed mode of standard delivery shipping method by SKALLI) at the latest within fourteen days from the date at which Skalli was informed of the decision of the customer to withdraw from the. This commitment is heard subject to receipt by Skalli products or, at least, proof of shipment the customer will be sent to SKALLI. 

Skalli is committed to make the refund using the same payment method used by the customer during the validation of the order, unless express consent of the Client so that it uses a different payment method, and insofar as the refund does not charge for the customer cause... 

If you return a part simply of products, initial delivery charges will not be reimbursed by Skalli insofar as the customer benefited from the delivery service for the stored products, rates of delivery is not function of the order volume. 
When returning product out of this period of time, the customer will not be refunded and will be informed that the products remain available to the warehouse for a period of 2 months. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


The customer acknowledges that the Skalli products and distinctive signs (image, photographs, conditionevent, name of products, etc.) are the exclusive property of China trade investment Ltd. 

The customer may not any act of reproduction or usage of the product models, packaging, brands or distinctive signs, inventions, techniques or know-how used by SKALLI, as well as any act tending to the appropriation of these elements, whether or not they are the subject of Skalli protection by a patent, brand, design and registered a copyright or design.

12. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

For all disputes to which this contract might give rise, on both its validity, interpretation, execution, termination, their consequences and their suites will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction of the common law.
