You have 30 days after receipt to return a piece of jewelry to us in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging.

How do I make a return or exchange?

  2. Drop off your package at a relay point or post office.
  3. After receipt and verification, we will proceed with the refund or exchange within 10 working days .
Are personalized items refundable?

No, engraved or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a defect.

What materials are used for Skalli jewelry?

Our jewelry is gold plated with 1 or 3 microns and embellished with carefully selected materials, guaranteeing quality, shine and durability .

How do I care for my jewelry so that it retains all its shine?

The 3 micron gold plating of Skalli costume jewelry ensures optimal resistance , ensuring that your jewelry retains its shine and integrity, even with daily use.

Is your jewelry guaranteed?

Yes, our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

How do I care for my jewelry so that it lasts?
  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes and chemicals.
  • Store your jewelry away from humidity in its original case.
  • Clean them with a soft, dry cloth after use.

Can I personalize a piece of jewelry?

Yes, on certain jewelry collections , we offer a personalization service with engraving, choice of precious stones and adjustments on certain pieces.

What jewelry can be personalized?

All jewelry in the PURE ICON collection is customizable. You can choose the color of the gold and the type of gemstones (sapphire, diamond, etc.). Please contact our customer service team when placing your order to discuss your selection.

How long does it take for a custom creation?

A custom piece takes on average 4 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.
